Born & raised in Dayton, Ohio, attorney Brad Jeckering always knew that he wanted to fight for the rights of regular folks. Brad graduated from Chaminade – Julienne, a Catholic high school in Dayton, which instilled a sense of responsibility and dedication to community.
Brad worked as a National Sales Representative for General Electric for several years, after which he decided to attain his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, Brad decided to dedicate himself to the legal profession and applied to law school. During his time as a law student at Capital University Law School, Brad worked at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and a Dublin-based Employment Discrimination Firm as a law clerk.
Brad is a proud graduate of Capital University Law School where he was on the Dean’s List for 5 semesters, completed 160 hours of Pro Bono work, and graduated as a member of the Order of the Curia.
As an attorney that practices in Central Ohio, Brad loves being able to help clients from both Columbus-metro and rural Ohio. Brad enjoys having a small practice with various areas of practice and a team of other attorneys to help achieve the best possible outcome for each client. Brad was selected as 2018 Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Brad currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. He has a great dog named Finch and enjoys eating at all of the local Columbus restaurants.

Joel grew up in Portland, Oregon, raised by parents who taught him the value of hard work. He spent much of his youth roaming the Cascade mountains and working on local farms. Joel attended Clearwater Christian College in Florida, commissioned in the Army as a Second Lieutenant of Armor, and shortly thereafter married his wife, Sarah, an Ohio native.
He graduated from the Armor Officer Basic Course at the top of his class, then served for the next four and a half years in the First Infantry Division at Ft. Riley, Kansas. He spent his final year and a half there as the hand-picked commander of a 160-soldier company.
He left active duty to enter law school, which he completed at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. During law school, he served as a staff editor on the law review, and the law review also chose to publish one of his works, an article calling on the Supreme Court of the United States to remember the end consumer when it approaches prescription drug patent settlements.
After law school, the Joel mobilized with his Ohio Army National Guard unit as a staff officer on an air defense task force with a mission in Washington, D.C. Upon his return to Ohio, he joined Brad in the Saxbe Law Building to open Central Ohio Title Services, LLC and continued to serve the people of Ohio. Joel enjoys contributing his expertise to the practice with real estate, family law, and probate related matters.

Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Gahanna, Ohio, attorney Kathy Hoover always dreamed one day of becoming a lawyer to help people through some of life’s greatest challenges. She put that on hold to raise her son while working as a CPA in the real estate development industry. After her son went off to college, she began the journey to practice law.
During her time at Capital University Law School, Kathy was a Student Ambassador, Co-Supervisor of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinic and donated over 800 hours of her time to pro bono projects primarily with The Legal Aid Society of Columbus. The semester after graduation, while studying and sitting for the bar exam, Kathy also earned an LL.M. degree in taxation at Capital.
Kathy currently resides in Columbus and spends most of her free time with her boyfriend, and as much time with her son as he can spare. They enjoy playing rounds of trivia at various places around town and hope one day to bring home a big win.
