Background
Dan has more than 20 years of electronic discovery and litigation support experience. He began his career as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and later held senior executive roles at RenewData, StoredIQ and ONSITE3.
He earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 1997 and B.S. degrees in Finance and Business Management from Franklin University. He has published on e-mail retention and litigation holds.
